Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Castelão, Syrah
Soil Type: Clay-limestone, schist
Harvest: the grapes are harvested manually into small 15 kg boxes in order to preserve the quality of the fruit.
Winemaking: the grapes are de-stemmed and carefully selected manually at the sorting table. After crushing, they are crushed in marble presses for 4 to 5 days, and then transferred to stainless steel vats where alcoholic fermentation is completed.
Aging: 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
